**Engine XIE Terms and Conditions**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing and using the Engine XIE website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Site, including all content, products, and services available through the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Engine XIE reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

- **Unauthorized access:** Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

- **Disruption:** Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.

- **Malicious actions:** Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

**6. User-Generated Content**

By submitting content (such as comments, reviews, or other communications) to the Site, you grant Engine XIE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

**7. Product Purchases**

All products available for purchase on the Site are subject to availability. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

**a. Payment and Billing Information:** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site. You authorize Engine XIE to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.

**b. No Refund Policy:** All sales on the Engine XIE website are final. There will be no refunds for any products or services purchased through the Site, as all funds are allocated for the development and construction of the fuel-free engine. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

**c. Shipping and Delivery:** Engine XIE will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of products. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of products. Engine XIE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Engine XIE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, the Content, or any products purchased on the Site. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Engine XIE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms, together with any additional policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Engine XIE with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Engine XIE with respect to the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Event Postponement and Liability

Engine XIE reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any paid events, meetings, or related activities due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God (such as natural disasters), governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, or actions by third parties that are critical to the event's success.

a. Notification and Communication: In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, Engine XIE will make reasonable efforts to notify all participants as soon as possible. Communication will be conducted through the contact information provided during the registration or purchase process. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that their contact information is up to date.

b. Rescheduling Efforts: Engine XIE will make every effort to reschedule the event or meeting within a reasonable timeframe. The new date will be communicated promptly, and all purchased tickets or registrations will be honored for the rescheduled event.

c. Refund Policy: While Engine XIE strives to keep events on schedule, participants acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events, as stated in our no-refund policy. Funds from ticket sales are allocated towards the materials and development of the fuel-free engine and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

d. Limitation of Liability: Engine XIE shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs, or damages incurred by participants as a result of the postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of an event. This includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other related expenses.

e. Best Efforts Commitment: Despite the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, Engine XIE is committed to making every reasonable effort to ensure that events and meetings proceed as planned. The company values the time and commitment of its participants and will work diligently to minimize any disruptions.
